These items are as follows: The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to ADVANTOR. Requirement is for the delivery and installation and integration of IDS, Badging, surveillance and monitoring equipment. In the absence of qualified sources and as a follow-on to achieve seamless interoperability without voiding the current warranty, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
