Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: 1. Lowest Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation • Submit offer/quote IAW the Performance Work Statment (PWS) Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses ryan.bernaiche@us.af.mil no later than 3:00 PM CST, 30 August 2024 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM CST, 16 August 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
