## Description

The 176th Mission Support Contracting has awarded a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to The Pruitt Group LLC for Guardian Angel Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Services in support of the 212th Rescue Squadron (212RQS) of the Alaska Air National Guard located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Anchorage, Alaska.

The scope of work encompasses the following HPO services: 1. Physical Therapy / Injury Management Services 2. Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Services 3. Strength & Conditioning Services 4. Cognitive Performance Services The contract consists of a 12-month Base Period and one (1) 10-month Option Period, with an active period of performance commencing on September 16, 2026, and, should the contract option be exercised, ending on July 15, 2028.
