## Description

AMENDMENT 3 - The solicitation is amended to remove the backup pull start requirement and clarify the bumper requirement to "Heavy duty rear tow bumper" for CLIN 0001 (Ski-Doo Skandic LE or equal).

AMENDMENT 2 - The solicitation is amended to remove the "brand name only" requirement and provide salient characteristics. All items are now "brand name or equal". The response date has been extended to 18 Sept 2024. No other changes at this time.

AMENDMENT 1 - The solicitation is amended to add the Brand Name Only Determination attachment. No other changes at this time.
