## Description

The U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing this Request for White Papers (RFWP) in support of the Guam Defense System Joint Program Office (GDS JPO) Joint Integrated Battle Manager (JIBM) Prototype Development with the intent of awarding one or more Other Transaction Agreement(s) for Prototype (pOTA) IAW 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Please refer to the attached updated RFWP for additional instructions. *24 Jun 2025 Update: Rev 1 to the RFWP is posted with this update. Additionally, the response date has been changed from 2 July 2025 to 8 July 2025.
