## Description

The U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a Request for White Papers (RFWP) with intent of awarding Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (OTAP) IAW 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a white paper. Please refer to amended Request For White Paper (RFWP) Rev 4 document for additional information.
