## Description

The U.S. Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a competitive Request for Prototype Proposals (RFPPs) with the intent of awarding one (1) or more Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (OTAP) in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) are eligible to submit a proposal.

Please refer to attatched Request for Prototype Proposal (RFPP) document for additional information Update as of 20 March 2025, the Government projects questions and answers will be posted by 26 March 2025. As a result, the proposal deadline is hereby extended from 26 March 2025 to 9 April 2025. Update as of 31 March 2025, questions and answers posted 31 March 2025. Update as of 4 April 2025, additional questions and answers posted 4 April 2025.
