The Government has determined that consolidating these requirements into a single acquisition will improve operational efficiency, enhance integration of services, reduce administrative duplication, and improve mission effectiveness. The consolidated requirement encompasses substantially similar and interrelated support services previously performed under the separate task orders. The new acquisition will be issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside. This strategy increases small business participation as compared to the predecessor awards and aligns with agency small business objectives. Market research confirmed the availability of responsible small business concerns capable of performing the consolidated requirement.
