## Description

This is a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation for Engineering Technical Assistance (ETA) services in support of INSCOM. Please see the attached solicitation titled W50NH9250006 for a full description of the requirement to include CLINS, clauses, PWS, and evaluation factors and requied submission instructions.

**NOTE:** One of the requirements for this solicitation is that the offeror needs to have a Top Secret Facility Level Clearance (FLC) upon submisson of proposal and will not be granted time to obtain a FLC prior to award.

**UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POSTING:** The only two changes made to the solicitation is the official issue date of today (01/29/2025), and the proposal due date of 03/03/2025 at 12:00 PM EST. The final version of the RFP has been uploaded as an attachment to this posting. All questions need to be furnished by close of business 02/03/2025 (Monday). Answers to all questions received will be posted here as an attachment with enough time for interested parties to incorporate the answers into their proposals if applicable.
