There are no changes to any solicitation documents; the suspense date/time remains 1200 EDT on 12 JULY 2024. ORIGINAL POSTING This combined synopsis/solicitation is the official request for offers to perform the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Artifact Restoration & Conservation (R&C) requirement.
