Only one authorized supplier, VJ Technologies, proprietary technology, has the material and technical ability to ensure a uniform compatibility and performance to match existing integrated equipment and systems already in place. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
