Only one authorized supplier, Illinois Tool Works Inc original manufacturer, for preventive maintenance and calibration service to equipment for required verification and adjustments in which proprietary parts and software calibration is to be perform by their trained field staff. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
