Only one authorized supplier, Prescott Machine, only authorized provider of proprietary custom fabricated item has the material and technical ability for precise compatibility and performance to match exact operating system. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
