As original manufacturer PRAB Inc technicians have the expertise to perform the required work to meet compatibility and compliance restrictions. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
