Only one authorized supplier, VJ Technologies Inc, original installer of x-ray software image inspection system which must be compatible with existing x-ray system and has the material and technical expertise to ensure uniform compatibility and performance. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
