Only one authorized supplier, ETS-Lindgren Inc, the only sourced vendor allowed confidential drawing and specifications for this material, as it cannot be shared outside of Raytheon sourced vendor. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
