Only one authorized supplier, B&P Littleford LLC, original manufacturer has the material and technical expertise to supply parts for exact compatibility, meeting technical specification and not void warranty on parts and /or equipment. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
