Only one authorized contractor, Waterborne Environmental Inc currently performing requirement already in place has the technical ability for precise compatibility and performance match. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
