The purpose of this notice is to post the announcement of award applicable to contract W31P4Q-26-C-A0003.

W31P4Q26CA0003, on September 3, 2026, for the recapitalization of the Multiple Launch rocket System (MLRS) fleet on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(1) as implemented by RFO FAR 6.103-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract period of performance is subject to definitization and has a Not to Exceed (NTE) value of $199,259,481.00. At UCA award, 49% of the NTE value, $97,536,964.00 was obligated.
