The US Army Contracting Command – Redstone, CCAM-MLP, Redstone Arsenal, AL, is issuing this Full and Open Competition notice as part of its market research to identify parties interested in and capable of manufacturing the COVER, ACCESS, NSN: 5340-01-092-0882, to support the Patriot Missile System (M-D6) System.

This requirement is to establish a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum quantity of 10 units and a maximum quantity of 45 units applicable to the Patriot M-D6 System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to the address below. SR W0H9 US ARMY AVN & MISSLES CMD AMCOM FLEET MGT CENTER AFMC HOLBROOK RD BLDG 722 FORT BLISS, TX, 79916 One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement.

The associated NAICS Code is 332510. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 September 2025. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
