This notification is published solely for informational reasons and does not constitute a proposal request. The ACC-RSA intends to acquire Mid Range Capability (MRC) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) using a procurement method other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) — Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The U.S. Army has a requirement to procure ILS for the MRC weapon system. This includes New Equipment Training (NET), equipment system readiness, depot supply and maintenance, repairs and services, supplier management, transportation support, and integration of logistics automated systems.
