## Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0002 IS TO CHANGE THIS SOLICITATION FROM A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TO A FULL AND OPEN. THIS SOLICITATION IS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR A ONE TIME BUY FOR THE FOLLOWING:
