MSE CL is an air defense launcher capable of transporting, raising, firing Phased Array Tracking to Intercept On Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) MSE munitions and operating as a componentized weapon in the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) architecture utilizing existing PAC-3 MSE launcher electronics. MSE CL scope for this requirement includes performing incremental design, development, and test improvements of MSE CL, including propriety software redesign on MSE Missile, Launcher Electronics, and Fire Control, and establishing hardware/software baselines for each increment. RIG-360 is an interceptor datalink device, which integrates with IBCS through an Integrated Fire Control Network (IFCN) Relay, and communicates with any PAC-3 MSE interceptor within its communication range. RIG-360 CS scope for this requirement includes performing updated design, development, and testing of a RIG-360 CS of prototype pedigree.
