## Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A SYNOPSIS (SUMMARY). THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The Army Contracting Command Redstone has a requirement for the acquisition of:

4 sets of mix-in-case, RAM rocket motor hardware Additionally, this equipment must meet the requirements stated below:

**APPLICABLE STANDARDS/SPECIFICATIONS:** INTERPRET DRAWING IAW ASME Y14.100-2017. DIMENSIONING AND TOLERANCING IAW ASME Y14.5-2009.

**ITEM IDENTIFICATION:** IDENTIFY IAW MIL-STD-130.

**METHOD:** RUBBER STAMP WITH .13 IN HIGH CHARACTERS USING CONTRASTING COLOR INK (PN AA56032-IIIWHT OR AA56032- IIIBLK) IAW A-A-56032. LOCATE APPROXIMATELY AS SHOWN.

**AT A MINIMUM PART MARK AS FOLLOWS:**

47UM3-PLD10103-XXX-REV - (-XXX INDICATES APPLICABLE PART NUMBER) MFR-MFR CAGE CODE (IF DIFFERENT FROM DESIGN ACTIVITY)

**MATERIAL:** 6061-T6 ALUMINUM IAW ASTM B221. 4. REMOVE ALL BURRS AND BREAK SHARP EDGES. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, SURFACE ROUGHNESS SHALL NOT EXCEED 125 ? IN Ra PER ASME B46.1 ON ALL MACHINED SURFACES. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, ALL INTERNAL RADII ARE .50 Solicitation number W31P4Q-24-Q-0012 is to be a firm fixed price acquisition, in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1).

The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 332710. CLIN 0001 will be issued for four(4) sets of mix-in-case, RAM rocket motor hardware. All responsible concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contract award is anticipated on or about 9 August 2024.
