## Description

This Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) award action is for all incidental services, hardware, facilities, equipment, technical, planning, management, and manufacturing efforts to produce the Missile Segment Enhance Missile (MSE) missiles, associated ground support equipment, and initial spares from 30 June 2024 through 29 June 2027. The UCA award was made to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W. Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051-2704: CAGE Code 64059 as other than full and open competition as authorized by under the authority of Title 10 United States (U.S.C) 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
