## Description

This opportunity is directed as Other Than Full and Open Competition, per 10 U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), and available only to Leidos Innovations Corporation (LIC), CAGE Code 7LQ18, under solicitation W31P4Q-23-R-0061. The Army Contracting Command, PATRIOT/PAC-3 Division, plans to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price Contract for the Integrated Fires Mission Command – Ground Support Equipment (IFMC-GSE). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate to only one source.

Therefore, this is not a request for competitive quotes, and a written solicitation will not be issued to any company other than LIC. The estimated period of performance will be 9 February 2025 through 8 February 2030.
