## Description

The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal hereby announces the award of modification P00006 on 10 May 2024 to increase the ceiling amount of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract No. W31P4Q-23-D-0003 in support of the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Full Rate Production efforts from Fiscal Year 2023 through Fiscal Year 2027. The ceiling in increased by $332,126,764 from $5,268,245,928 to $5,600,372,692.

The increased ceiling will support GMLRS Extended Range tooling, spares, production, and transition to production services.

Award was made to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051: CAGE Code 64059 as other than full and open competition as authorized by under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204 (a)(1) (formerly 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
