## Description

AMENDMENT 00001 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0001 TO THE SOLICITATION W15QKN-26-Q-A119 IS TO POST THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS RECEIVED FROM VENDORS AND TO INCLUDE A REVISED ADDENDUM TO 52.212-4. THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO REPAIR BY REPLACEMENT THE 3RD STORY ROOF OF THE U.S. ARMY GARRISON RFTA BUILDING 668. THE EXISTING 3RD STORY ROOF OF BUILDING 668 CONSISTS OF EXISTING ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOFING WITH UNKNOWN UNDERLAYMENT SUPPORTED BY A LOW-PITCH PLYWOOD DECK SHEETING.

THE BUILT-UP ROOFING IS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF. EXISTING LIGHTNING PROTECTION IS TO BE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED UPON COMPLETION OF THE NEW ROOFING SYSTEM. PLEASE ALL ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
