## Description

The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW has a requirement to procure new Custodial Services. The scope of this requirement is to provide a clean, attractive workplace that presents the facility in its best appearance to enhance public relations and attractiveness of the facility in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at VT007 Rutland Armed Forces Reserve Center located at 2143 Post Road, Rutland, VT, 05701.The prior contract was W15QKN-25-P-A014 and was award for $87,750.00 to GermRip LLC. Please be advised the Government will not disclose if there were any changes to the PWS.
