On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division we have a requirement for Propane Delivery in Romney, WV (WV038) and Wheeling, WV (WV053). Please see Draft-Statement of Work (SOW) for requirements. This Sources Sought which is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government.
