The software is a database for chemical literature, searchable by topic, author, and substances by name or chemical structure. It is a useful tool for synthetic chemists to research and create new compounds and will serve the Army mission with the development of novel energetic compounds. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, commercial contract utilizing RFO FAR 12.201-1 simplified procedures. The period of performance for this effort is a base year of twelve (12) months, with four (4), twelve (12) month options. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210.
