## Description

On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for Construction Project CSS# 88833 - Replace Light Fixtures, Chili, NY (NY126). The place of performance shall be Chili U.S. Army Reserve Center, 49 Jetview Drive, Rochester, NY (NY126) 14624-4903. The period of performance shall be 240 days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Additional information including the solicitation and attachments can be found in the attachment section of this notice.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to all questions received in response to this solicitation via the attachment titled Questions and Answers W15QKN-25-R-A073 dated 4 September 2025. Questions and Answers cannot be incorporated into the solicitation therefore, this is an amendment to the PIEE posting and not an amendment to the Solicitation W15QKN-25-R-A073.
