## Description

On behalf of the 99th readiness division, the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, has a requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services at the Martinsburg Memorial United States Army Reserve Center / BMA 102 (G), 900 Maryland Ave, Martinsburg, WV 25401. The period of performance includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. All services shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). A site map is included as Attachment 0002 - Site Map WV026.

Wage Determination 2015-4297 (Rev. 31) dated 8 July 2025 applies and is included in Attachment 0003. The purpose of this update is to modify the PIEE posting to include Attachment 0005 - Questions and Answers Solicitation W15QKN-25-Q-A238.
