## Description

The purpose of this Solicitation is to procure Grounds Maintenance at the Annapolis USARC, 1401 Benson Lane, Annapolis, MD 21409 (MD001), in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). Grounds Maintenance services will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at the locations list below. All Grounds Maintenance services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Site Maps Attachment0001 - Site Map (MD001). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is:
