## Description

Contract W15QKN-25-C-0007 is issued as a firm fixed price, sole source single award to Gemini Tech Services LLC, pursuant to the Small Business Administration's (SBAs) 8(a) Program, in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) as implemented at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.8 and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense.

Support services under this effort shall provide the U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) in Fort Knox, Kentucky, with Logistics Support Services (LOG SS) for the Junior and Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The SBA accepted this requirement as a sole source award on behalf of Gemini on 21 October 2024.
