Responses should address the following items: (1) Please indicate which NAICS code is the most appropriate for procuring cleaning, inspection and all other aspects of the draft PWS. In your response, please address NAICS Codes: 561720 “Janitorial Services” with a size standard of $22 million. (2) Address any concerns or unclear information within the draft PWS and/or facilities map. (3) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (4) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirements? (5) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement? If so, what percentage of the work do you anticipate performing?
