The solicitation will be issued as a sole source effort to Microwave Innovations in accordance with 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Microwave Innovations was the only company identified through market research that could provide the necessary Microwave Transmitters which met the Government's requirements. The Government anticipates awarding a new Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five (5) one-year ordering periods that allows for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders for various configurations of Microwave Transmitters. The Government anticipates award in June 2023, with a planned minimum ordering obligation of $30,000.00 and a contract maximum of $7,339,412.39.
