## Description

AMENDMENT 2 - To answer industry questions and extend the quote submission date from May 16th at 4 pm EST to May 17th 12 pm EST. Please see further details within the attached "Solicitation W15QKN-24-Q-5116 Amendment 0002 16 May 2024".
