## Description

THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED. The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a new construction requirement for the following project/location: CSS 90024 ? Seal Coat and Fill Cracks at the Rotterdam AMSA #8 located at 101 Remsen Street in Rotterdam, NY 12306 (NY059). This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit.

Failure to do so may result inaccessibility to the facility/location. The period of performance for this project is 90 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation.
