This is a non - personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervison, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. This Sources Sought notice notice is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document currently exists. Issuance of this notice does not constitue any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this sources sought notice, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the contractor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following submittal requirements: 1. Notice of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, CAGE Code, unique Entity ID, and Social-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Utilizing NAICS code 561730-Landscaping Services. 2. Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. 3.
