In accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A Sole Source Justification was approved on August 15, 2024 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) asserting that Worcester Polytechnic Institute is the only source capable of providing the required one (1) year subscription to the Government. The applicable NAICS Code for this effort is 541715 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
