## Description

The purpose of this contract modification was to increase the ceiling on the current MK19 Grenade Machine Gun (GMG) contract to US Ordnance pursuant to the authority of 10 United State Code (U.S.C.) Section 3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal A cquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This sole source contract modification includes requirements for the production of the MK19 MOD4 GMG, Spare Part Kits, and additional FAT. The redacted J&A has been attached to this notice.
