## Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of Project Lead Tactical Artillery Systems (PL TAS), has increased the ceiling value of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) base contract W15QKN-22-C-0102 with Seiler Instrument and Manufacturing Company, Inc., 3433 Tree Court Industrial Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63122-6617, from $4,176,899.50 to $8,187,509.45. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C.

3204(a)(7) as implemented by FAR 6.302-7, Public Interest, this contract remains sole source and continues to include the same requirements for the procurement of Additional Optical Fire Control (OFC) Components in support of the M777A2 and M119A3 Howitzers. The contract duration remains unchanged.
