## Description

Firm Fixed Price Task Order Modification W15QKN-19-D-0055 W15QKN-20-F-0601 P00021 for Military Funeral Honors and Survivor Outreach Support Services in support of the Army National Guard was awarded on 15 December 2025 as an undefinitized contract action IAW FAR 16.603-2(a), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 216.603-2, DFARS 217.74, and DFARS Procedures, Guidance and Information 217.74 in the not to exceed amount of $8,096,498.34.
