This contract will provide sustainment support services for the Communication-Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) Command, Control Communications Network (C3N) Directorate, supporting life cycle management for 11 Configuration Items (CIs) in the Tactical Network Transport (TNT)-On-The-Move (OTM) system. The government has determined that a sole-source award is necessary due to the lack of ownership of the technical data rights required to sustain the TNT OTM system. GDMS holds exclusive ownership of the technical data package and possesses the proprietary expertise needed to perform the required services. Pursuing competition would be cost- and time-prohibitive to the government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for competitive quotations.
