## Description

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Headquarters Program Executive Office for Command, Control, and Communications Tactical (HQ PEO C3T) Systems Engineering and Program Management (SEPM) Support is issuing a Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for program management and engineering services for HQ PEO C3T and subordinate organizations.

This effort will be reserved to small businesses that are participating under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program. Because this is a small-business set aside, the awardee will need to perform at least 50% (percent) of the work.
