THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to install 3 low intensity infrared tube heaters (40-K BTU each for a total of 120,000 BTU), in a 2,016 sq ft garage with 16’ high ceilings, as well as one (1) 300-gallon propane tank, tank pad, and associated protective barrier at the Thomaston Dam garage building. All work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and in accordance with local, state and federal laws. This is not a request for quotes at this time.
