## Description

Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to notify firms that the solicitation link in the special notice word document only directs to the solicitation page outside of a PIEE account. To submit an offer, the firm must log in to their PIEE account and manually search for the desired notice. See https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/xhtml/wbt/sol/index.xhtml.

Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the link for SF 330 submissions. Changes are reflected in the attached document (Amendment 0004 - Special Notice - AE Services Enterprise (West Region)).

Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to modify the Landscape Architect discipline requirements. Changes are reflected in the attached document (Amendment 0003 - Special Notice - AE Services Enterprise (West Region)).

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received and revise the Special Notice to eliminate ambiguous instructions, update submission instructions, and clarify how firms should organize their submissions. Please see the attached documents.
