## Description

The mission of the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is to enhance the Nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and to provide leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime. Through training and technical assistance (TTA), OVC works to enhance the field’s services to victims by providing timely, expert, coordinated, and data-driven responses.

OVC seeks a Contractor with extensive knowledge, experience, and specialized abilities to deliver TTA to the victim services field through the OVC-VSTTA program described in this Statement of Work (SOW). To achieve this, the Contractor shall successfully perform the tasks described in this SOW and demonstrate an understanding of OVC priorities, the needs of the field, and OVC’s collective TTA efforts.
