## Description

The purpose of the work is to provide instruction to 20-40 selected prisoners from the CPBB prison population. with the vocational skills in the areas of Solar/Voltaic Systems, small engine repair, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), Introduction to Landscaping, Introduction to the Electrical Trade, Introduction to construction trades, Basic Carpentry Skills, Small Business/ Entrepreneurial, Business Communication using Technology, Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Fundamentals, and Plumbing Fundamentals.

All training shall be conducted aboard CPBB’s training and vocational areas. The number of classes will be determined at the task order level, and coordination with the CPBB to de-conflict with other operations.
